The Fitness & Wellness program consist of Bootcamp, Fitness Class, and Yoga Class. Classes are free of charge to all students, faculty/staff, and members of the Don Ridler Field House. Tech Rec Fitness Classes

Come by and join in the fun of a fitness class next week to start your semester on the right foot.  You can stay motivated this semester with the help of a class atmosphere.  Just show up and you will be told what to do with some fellow students, alumni, or colleagues.   Classes are designed to help you trim down, keep you motivated, relieve stress and, most importantly, make you feel better.  All regular participants will receive a free t-shirt for participating, not to mention numerous health benefits from regular exercise.



Monday and Wednesday
Starts at 9:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
Instructor: Kelly Robinson
A high-intensity class involving cardio and strength training.  Sport specific drills and military type training will be used to help you tone up and lose weight.


Tuesday and Thursday
Starts at 12:00 p.m. -12:45 p.m.
Instructor: Dena Raptis
A yoga class which will focus on stability and improve your core strength.  Low impact and great to relieve stress and increase flexibility.  This class will nourish your mind, body, and soul.
