Sean Fannon Named WHAC Player of the Week after Hitting .667 Including a Walk-Off Homerun against Cleary

SOUTHFIELD, Mich. -- Sean Fannon of the Lawrence Technological (Mich.) University baseball team was named WHAC Player of the Week after a strong week at the plate, going 8-for-12 from the plate with eight runs, eight RBI, and a homerun as the Blue Devils went 3-0.

Fannon hit the game-winning homerun in game one against Cleary (Mich.) University on Saturday, April 13 as he went 4-for-5 from the plate with four RBI, four runs scored, and three stolen bases. He averaged 2.7 hits per game with a 1.083 slugging percentage.

The Blue Devils are back on the diamond Wednesday, April 18 when they head to Livonia, Mich. to face Madonna (Mich.) University at 2 p.m.
